I was extremely critical in staying at a specific property but I really had a great time at this hotel - perfect location close to many wonderful places in the city - comfortable rooms and beds

Rooms were good with two beds - free hot breakfast was more than enough - front desk staff was always helpful and accommodating
Free internet worked quite well - but VPN over the internet access did not work - customer service was impeccable - free guest parking was an added bonus
The place was quite noisy - well located almost right across from the University of North Carolina-Charlotte - about 10 minutes to Charlotte Motor Speedway and Huge Concord Mills Shopping Mall
Best part was their low room rates - a good hotel for business travelers on a budget - on-site business center was basic for the needs

The guest room in this hotel had the newest technology and updated comfortable amenities - the beds in the room was very comfortable - nice stay here
