1. The Creature Cavern
This is a facility that gives children an opportunity to learn all about the animals and plants whose origin is North Carolina. It is a great way of imparting knowledge about the city's culture and evolution through the various species of animals that have evolved over time. 2. Live Programs
Interactive sessions that make use of different learning methods are used to engage visitors in learning more about nature. They include shows, puppet sessions and story telling for the kids.
Visitor can come in person or in groups. A small fee is charge for each tour, though children under the age of two get in free. Touring in groups is advantageous because there are discounts on offer.
