
What can visitors get to see in the Botanical Gardens of UNC Charlotte
The botanical gardens of University of North Carolina at Charlotte consist of three major parts situated on the east part of the university, they are;
The McMillian Green house complex: contains orchids, cactus, carnivorous and tropical plants
Susie hardwood garden: this includes winter garden, Asian garden, water garden etc
Van Landingham Glen: contains local wild flowers, rhododendrons etc
After you visit this garden you will be aware about the varieties in plant world which you haven't come across in life. The major fact which make this botanical garden different form others is that here visitors can touch or even smell flowers in the garden.
The outdoor gardens are open on seven days in a week and the MacMillan green house is open from 10am to 3pm on all days except for Sunday it is 1pm to 4pm.
