Do the geographical features found to have an impact on the air quality of Charlotte, NC
In 2007, a report was prepared by the "American Lung Association" in which the city of Charlotte was given the sixteenth place among the American cities that experienced high smog levels. One of the reasons behind this high smog level is the location of the city.
However, there is a positive side to it. The air quality of the area is found to improve with each year. The quality of air is expected to increase more. The elevation at which the city is located can be a reason for this.
