Charlotte Plaza is located at 201 S. College St and was opened during the year 1982. The total floor area is 612728 square feet. The Structural engineer and Architects of the building are Nagler Engineers and HLM Design and JPJ Architects Inc. respectively.

It is tall building measuring 338 feet (that is 103 m) in height. It is considered to be a prominent building among the skyscrapers of Charlotte. In fact, Charlotte Plaza is the thirteenth tallest skyscraper of the city. There are totally 27 floors in this skyscraper. It was used as an office building and was sold to Hines during 2007.
