Yes, there is. The Wake Forest University provides the facility for its undergraduate students during their four years of study. The university is considering relocation to Charlotte area. For the two years of undergraduate courses, students have to compulsorily stay in the campus.

There are a total of 12 communities that form a part of the University housing. The amenities available at each of these facilities include access to internet, air-conditioning, unlimited usage of dryer ad washer, kitchen area, pianos, television etc besides others. There are apartments with two or four bedrooms that enable the students to have an apartment-style accommodation.
