Close to downtown - the property next door was recently demolished - the hotel was cheap
Maintenance needed in the hotel - regrettable odors in room - it needed maintenance
Troubles of finding a parking space in parking lot - $6 for parking per day
The police sirens could be heard through the walls at night - the hotel was adjacent to an empty parking lot with debris - dirty carpet - the wallpaper was peeling in bathroom
Dead spiders and hairs in room - moderately clean room - everything in the room was old
The broken electrical outlets in room should be repaired - poor security - room with poor maintenance - smoke smell in lobby
