Great for local sightseeing - there were a great many dining options - very convenient to Charlotte Bobcats Arena
Nice and well kept property - clean rooms - nothing like 5-star hotel, but good enough - ordinary lodging experience
Front desk staff was helpful - staff was attentive and responsive - breakfast was nothing fancy - in need of improvement
Very disappointed that the pool was closed during our stay - not as good as before - going from good to bad
