Charlotte Douglas International Airport is a midsized international airport located in Charlotte of North Carolina. This Airport is the hub for some of the major car races like Lowe's Motor Speedway and has participants and fans every year from all over the world. Most of the NASCOR teams and shops are located within 40 miles of Charlotte, and the drivers maintain a residence near the city.
