Charlotte is a part of the US state of North Carolina; this city attracts many tourists right through the year. If you are on a tour to Charlotte, you must have a clear idea about the traffic condition of the city.
Here is a comprehensive picture of the current traffic condition at the primary stops of the city:
1) The Palm Avenue, which lies between the Flamingo Avenue & Shamrock Dr, is going to stay closed due to the ongoing storm water works. This area will stay closed till the 15th of September 2010.
2) Road construction is also taking place at the I-85 NB of Concord of Kannapolis Exit. As a result of this constructions work, the area is closed temporarily.
3) I485 Ac at the University City Boulevard is also closed due to road construction. The Guardrail constructions work takes place from 9pm till the midnight.
4) Road construction is affecting the traffic of both ways of I-77 at the Highway 150 that leads to Mooresville. The traffic in this area is slow. According to the advice of NCDOT a driver meeting an accident at this area should move to the following exit for getting his or her vehicle out of the road.
5) The Park Road lying in between McDonald Avenue and Ordermore Avenue is having some utility repair work, due to which its stays closed from 11 am in the morning till 4 pm of the afternoon. This repair work is blocking both the inbound/northbound lanes of the Park Road.
