Time Warner Cable Arena

The Time Warner Cable Arena is the home of Charlotte Bobcats of NBA. It's also the home for Charlotte Checkers and may soon be hosting several NCAA games. The Time Warner Cable Arena is quite new, opened only on October 21st of 2005, and is currently NBA's youngest arena.

This arena was first called as the Charlotte Bobcats Arena but was then named last April 8 of 2008 under the name of a cable provider, the Time Warner Cable. Charlotte North Carolina travel for NBA games means you'd be stepping foot at this young arena.

The Time Warner Cable Arena is located in Uptown Charlotte and was designed so that guests in the arena can all gather together and start conversations with each other. The walkways here are open while the terraces are actually exposed. The focal point in the arena is none other than its scoreboard. Whenever you watch a sports game here, it's the scoreboard that everybody keeps an eye on. Their state-of-the-art scoreboard is of an advanced technology. It measures 16ftx28ft which is by far the largest scoreboard in all the indoor arenas in the world.
